Overview

The Clayton Rainier is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom manufactured home of 2,001 square feet, known for its energy-efficient features and open-concept living space. The bedrooms are separated, with the primary bedroom on one end and the others on the opposite side. This layout offers more privacy. The spacious kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a center island, and DuraCraft® overhead cabinets. Some models also include a built-in coffee bar. The main bedroom has a walk-in closet and a large private bath with a double-sink vanity and a soaker tub. The Rainier is built to be energy-efficient, with upgraded insulation, OSB sheathing with a house wrap, and an ecobee® smart thermostat.
